The staff was friendly! my room felt safe, especially good for a solo traveler. the location is super convenient. Paddington station is nearby..

I found the location convenient. paddington station is a super short walk. i also appreciated all the nearby restaurants and shops. I never went hungry! the free breakfast offer made my mornings easy and saved me some cash.

my room was a little on the smaller side, but it was clean!

Location works well. It is close to Paddington station. Breakfast included things I like. The room was nice size with a hairdryer.

The room needed some TLC. The carpet was threadbare around the edges. The bathroom was small. It needed updating with tarnished sink drains.

the hotel location was very convenient. it was a short walk to paddington station. the staff was friendly and helpful when i asked for directions. i was given a voucher for complimentary breakfast upon check-in, it was a nice touch.

The room felt a bit small, especially the bathroom. I had to be careful when moving around.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was great (so close to everything!).

the room was a bit small, i had to move the chair to open the wardrobe. the ceiling leaked twice, flooding the floor.

accommodating staff convenient location small room broken safe

the staff was very accommodating (i felt really welcomed). the location near paddington station was quite convenient. there were several dining options nearby. i also appreciated how close it was to double-decker tour stops.

my room was a bit small, made moving around tricky. the safe in the room was not working, so i couldn't use it. (that was a bit frustrating).
