I found the location convenient. paddington station is a super short walk. i also appreciated all the nearby restaurants and shops. I never went hungry! the free breakfast offer made my mornings easy and saved me some cash.
my room was a little on the smaller side, but it was clean!

Location works well. It is close to Paddington station. Breakfast included things I like. The room was nice size with a hairdryer.
The room needed some TLC. The carpet was threadbare around the edges. The bathroom was small. It needed updating with tarnished sink drains.

the hotel location was very convenient. it was a short walk to paddington station. the staff was friendly and helpful when i asked for directions. i was given a voucher for complimentary breakfast upon check-in, it was a nice touch.
The room felt a bit small, especially the bathroom. I had to be careful when moving around.

The location was AMAZING. It was an easy walk to both the train station and the subway. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee offered in the reception area. The staff was friendly, ALWAYS helpful.
My room was a bit small. The tv aerial socket was broken.

The reception staff was friendly. Mr Osman was especially helpful and always smiling. The cleaning lady, LULA, did an EXCELLENT job. She made sure our room sparkled every day.

the staff was very accommodating (i felt really welcomed). the location near paddington station was quite convenient. there were several dining options nearby. i also appreciated how close it was to double-decker tour stops.
my room was a bit small, made moving around tricky. the safe in the room was not working, so i couldn't use it. (that was a bit frustrating).
